Some disturbing news coming from the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center once again. The facility is currently under a Grand Jury Investigation into the death of inmate James Strong, who died while in custody.

We also know about Corey Green's death back in Nov 2018.

We do know that the Jim Strong Grand Jury Investigation needs to be completed. His death was quite some time ago now.
